Description
A workspace is the boundary for your team’s data and settings in Phrony. Agents, secrets, LLM providers, sessions, and integrations each belong to one workspace so your work stays isolated from other customers.
| Role of a workspace | Details |
|---|
| What you switch | The workspace switcher picks which team environment you are in. |
| Membership | Where you invite people and assign roles. |
| Billing and limits | Subscription, usage, and caps apply per workspace. |
Properties

| Members | People who can sign in, each with a role that controls what they can do. |
| Plan and usage | Your current subscription tier and how much of the included capacity you are using (including file storage for the file library when your plan includes it). |

| Operator | Run and review work without full design access. |

Notes
- While you are signed in, the Phrony dashboard is scoped to one active workspace at a time; use the workspace switcher to change it.
- Usage and limits (agents, LLM providers, session volume) are per workspace, based on your plan and add-ons.
- One person can be a member of multiple workspaces; switch between them from the account menu.
- File attachments for agent runs are stored in the file library for that workspace (quotas apply per plan).
